Mezcal 101

Welcome to Mezcal.
We will guide you through the journey of basics of mezcal! During this experience, you will be able to compare and contrast four mezcales, learn the process of making mezcal, the regions where mezcal is produced and how to taste mezcal.
Bottle Collector

During your tasting, you will taste between six to eight mezcales from our unique collection. You will also learn about the history and origins of different maestrx mezcalerxs from Oaxaca.
Mezcal Science

Would you like to go in-depth with your knowledge of mezcal?
This class focuses on learning the chemistry behind mezcal. You will learn to identify different chemical compounds and their origination during the mezcal process. This is a unique experience that goes far beyond learning to taste mezcal.
